Led by Rebecca Donatelli and Natalie Antonelli, we launched The Elli Group to bridge our passion for real estate with our commitment to people. Meet the Founders
After relocating with her family to South Florida in 2001, she launched her real estate career and founded a successful boutique brokerage in Boca Raton that quickly gained recognition for its results and client service. In 2011, Natalie joined the prestigious ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami, where she continued to excel, earning numerous awards and recognition as a top producer.
In 2016, her career expanded into leadership as Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern Colorado, where she oversaw offices in Fort Collins and Loveland and directed and managed the statewide Global Luxury Membership Program, supporting agents and offices throughout Colorado, including the mountain regions.
Natalie returned to the Cleveland market in 2023 and is now proudly affiliated with Elite Sotheby’s International Realty, where she co-founded The Elli Group. Drawing on her expertise from multiple markets, she provides her clients with an added advantage. She is also actively licensed in Florida and still representing clients in the southeast Florida market.
Living life in Cleveland with her husband and daughter is her favorite chapter yet.
Natalie Antonelli
A proud Cleveland native and seasoned top producer, Rebecca has been serving buyers and sellers across Northeast Ohio for over a decade. As co-founder of The Elli Group at Elite Sotheby’s International Realty, she specializes in luxury and residential real estate with expertise across Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Lorain, Medina, and Portage Counties. Known for her market knowledge, elevated marketing, and concierge-level service, Rebecca is a go-to resource for clients and industry peers alike. With a strong national referral network and powerful social media presence, she delivers standout results and maximum exposure for every listing.
Rebecca was named to Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2019 and honored as the 2020 Lake & Geauga Area Association of Realtors® “Realtor of the Year.” A respected leader, she served as 2022 President of the Association, 2023 Ohio Realtors® Realtor Party Director, and is the 2024–2025 Ohio Realtors® District 3 Vice President. A national speaker, she often presents on advocacy and the power of social media in real estate.
In 2020, Rebecca published Think Bigger: It’s Your Time – Step Into Leadership, inspiring others to embrace their potential in and beyond the industry. In her free time, she’s running, writing, spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies—and drinking mass amounts of coffee. A die-hard Browns fan, she still holds out hope of seeing them in the Super Bowl one day.
